We encourage online orders and accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Phone orders and payment by check or money order are also accepted. Purchase orders are accepted from schools, day care centers, hospitals, medical practices and camps. Contact us for details.

Shipping and Handling

A shipping and handling charge of $6.95 will be applied to all orders under $40.00. For orders between $40.00 and $80.00 a shipping and handling charge of $10.95 will be applied. And for orders over $80.00 a shipping and handling charge of $13.95 will be applied. International orders will be subject to a shipping and handling charge between $20.95 and $29.95 depending on quantity.

Orders are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery. Contact us for rush orders.

Return Policy

We are confident you will be completely satisfied with SafetySack, but we offer a 15-day money-back guarantee if SafetySack does not meet your expectations. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We must be notified in advance of any return at which time we will issue a return authorization number.

Privacy Policy

We do not disclose or sell our customer database. The information we collect is solely for the purpose of processing and shipping orders. This information will allow us to completely fill an order and notify customers about an order’s status. A confirmation notice for each order will be sent via email. A secure server is used to collect and process all orders.

One Year Limited Warranty

SafetySack warrants to the original owner that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of the original purchase. If this product is defective when used under normal conditions within the specified period, SafetySack will replace the product or issue a refund (at our option) when the consumer provides proof of purchase (either a sales receipt, credit card receipt, or other proof that the product is within the warranty period) along with the defective product in question, which should be shipped to SafetySack to verify the defect and aid in quality control efforts. SafetySack makes no other warranties, express or implied, concerning the product or the merchantability or fitness thereof for any purpose. The warranty does not apply to product that has been damaged as the result of improper maintenance, accident, other misuse or acts of God. This warranty is void if the product is repaired or modified in any way. In no event shall SafetySack be liable for incidental or consequential damages.


SafetySack is designed to be used by caregivers for children with severe food allergies and other life-threatening medical conditions. Due to the child-resistant safety lock feature, it should not be used by people who require emergency medication and are capable of administering this medication themselves.

SafetySack is not responsible for any damages resulting from the purchase or use of the product or reliance upon information obtained from any source. Damages, if any, are limited to the purchase cost incurred.
